So I decided on a veggie pizza full of spices and flavor. Took me around 15 minutes for preparation from chopping veggies to putting together and then another 25 minutes to cook. The best part of this recipe is you can tailor this to suite your family’s taste and needs.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup chopped cauliflower
  2. 1 cup chopped broccoli
  3. 4-5 minced garlic cloves
  4. 1 tsp oregano
  5. 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. 1 tsp parsley
  8. 1 jar of Pizza sauce
  9. 1 pizza crust of choice
  10. 1/2 cup diced onion
  11. 1 cup diced tomato
  12. 1 container of shredded mozzerella 4 cups
  13. 1 cup of shredded mexican cheese
Instructions
  1. So simply add your tomato sauce all over your crust, then add your minced garlic all over the pizza crust. Now start adding your veggies, finally add your cheese I did my mozerella first then my mexican cheese on top. Lastly I added my parsley, oregano, italian seasonings and salt and pepper then cook for 25 minutes
