Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

So as many of you know I work very long hours so when I come across a great crockpot recipe that is tasty and not fattening I will jump on it! So this is a great hearty easy recipe of Chicken and Dumplings that I have tweaked. Just perfect for a chilly fall night to come home to your home smelling amazing.

Ingredients
  1. 4 boneless chicken breast or chicken tenders
  2. 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  3. 1 cup sliced carrts
  4. 1 cup sliced celery
  5. 1 pkg of frozen or canned peas
  6. 1 tsp garlic power
  7. 1 tsp onion powder
  8. salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1 pkg of biscuits
Instructions
  1. Simply spray the bottom of your crockpot then place your chicken in first, then add your vegetables your peas, carrots and celery. Lastly add your spices and two cans of cream of chicken soup. Let this cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours. Then open your crock pot and take your biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters and place on top of your crockpot mixture, put the lid back on and let it cook for one more hour. After the hour your chicken and dumplings are done! Enjoy
