Infused Water Recipes To Keep You Hydrated This Summer

I am really going to be making a big push to drink more water, and to really push myself to stay hydrated. Some of the recipes below I have personally tried, and some of them I will be trying soon. Please be sure to let me know which ones you like and have tried. And if you have another great recipe I didn’t about please share your recipes.

Manadrain Water Infused

Mandarin Orange Infused Water:

  • 3 Mandarin Oranges (Peeled and seperated)
  • 1 Tanagerine (Peeled and seperated)
  • Water

Remove the rinds off the oranges and tangerines with your fingers, and make sure you remove as much of the extra flesh as possible. Not cut the slices with a knife this will help to allow the juices to infuse into your water. Fill your water bottle with water, and place into your refrigerator. It is best to let it infuse overnight for at least 4-8 hours.

Orange and Grapes Infused Water

Orange and Grape Infused Water Recipe:

  • 1 Orange peeled and sliced with a knife to help release the juices into your water
  • Grapes around 6-8 washed and sliced in half purple tends to be the sweetest

Slice all of your fruit and put into your water infuser or into a pitcher and set into the refrigerator overnight for a minimum of 4-8 hours to let the juices release and infuse your water.

Berry and Peach and Coconut Infused Water

  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 peaches
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 cups of coconut water

Ok first you want to place your blueberries and blackberries into your pitcher, next add your water and your coconut water. Lastly cover and place into your refrigerator for 4-8 hours to let all the flavors infuse and enjoy!

Strawberry and Mint Infused Water

  • Slice 9-12 strawberries in half to help infuse your water
  • 2 sprigs of mint diced up

Wash and slice up your strawberries and dice up your mint, not too small that you are drinking it. But small enough to put into your water bottle for added flavor. Lastly cover and place into your refrigerator for 4-8 hours to let all the flavors infuse and enjoy!

  1. These recipes are good for those who wants to maintain their body and mind fit. But if someone is diabetic, could he/she still use this hydrating technique instead of a plain water?
