Oven Fried Chicken Gastric Bypass Friendly Recipe

Let’s be honest I crave the bad things too like yummy greasy fried foods, but since surgery fried foods do a real number on my pouch. Not to mention fried foods are so bad for us when we are trying to lose weight and eat healthier. But this recipe is a great alternative to your fried chicken that is packed full of flavor and of course easy to make which is right up my alley. The chicken will turn out nice and moist and the breading is super crunchy. Let me know if you liked this recipe.

  3. 3. Then Coat each piece of Chicken with that mixture.
  4. 4. Next preheat your oven to 400 degrees and take your 1/2 Stick of butter and melt it in your baking dish. Make sure the butter coats the entire pan and if you need to you can add some non stick spray as well before placing in the chicken.
