Larry’s Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

12079457_10206175543161806_6963605981978214591_n So a couple of weeks ago poor Larry got sick with the flu and I took care of him and then wouldn’t you know it I got sick. Being the trooper I am I still went to work and when I came home I found  large crockpot of homemade chicken noodle soup waiting for me. That is the kind of guy he is is, so thoughtful and sweet and caring, so I figured I would share his super easy and yummy recipe.

Ingredients
  1. 3-4 chicken breast whole
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 bag of baby carrots
  4. 1 cut up celery
  5. chicken broth
  6. salt and pepper
  7. bag of egg noodles
Instructions
  1. Larry threw the chicken breast in whole and then cut up some baby carrots and celery and onion and put that inside the crockpot along with chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste. We let this cook in the crockpot for about 5 hours then took the chicken out and with two forks we shredded the chicken and put it back in. Then add your egg noodles to this soup for about twenty minutes until they are tender and you are ready to eat and enjoy!
