  2. 2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  3. 1 serving (serving = 2 scoops) Nature's Best Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Creamy Vanilla
  4. 0.67 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
  5. 1/4 tsp Ginger
  6. 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  7. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup cashews (or nut of choice)
  2. 1 cup oats
  3. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  4. 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/4 tsp ginger
  8. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  9. Optional: white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Directions: place cashews and oats in food processor or blender and until smooth. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients then form into a ball. Line an 8x8 baking pan with wax paper and spray with cooking spray. Spread dough flat into pan and top with white chocolate chips if desired. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 12 bars.
