Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup of chopped or crushed almonds
  2. 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  3. 2 tablespoon of canola oil
  4. 2 tsp of your favorite Mrs Dash Garlic seasoning
  5. 1/2 tsp salt and pepper each
  6. 4 Tilapia fillets
  7. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Take your almonds, breadcrumbs, Mrs Dash seasoning and salt and pepper and grind those up good in your food processor so they are finely ground into a crumb mixture. Once all mixed well put this into a pie pan or a shallow pan. Add your canola oil to a skillet and heat up over medium heat in a non stick pan. Using a brush apply your mustard on both sides of your tilapia and then dip into your crumb mixture and put into the skillet. You will want to cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until the fish starts to flake easily and it starts to turn a beautiful golden brown color. Use your fork to test and see if the fish is flakey.
