Fresh Veggie Pizza Recipe

Last night I had kind of a bad night shopping at Walmart it was crazy and busy and I decided I wanted to treat myself so I came home and chopped up all my fresh veggies and herbs and made a delicious pizza it was amazing. And the calories to the pizza came in at 375 calories not bad for a filling pizza.

Ingredients

  2. 1 tbsp of truvia or sweetner of your choice
  3. 1/2 Cup of almond milk or you can use skim or silk milk
  4. 1 Cup Vanilla Bean Greek Yogurt
  5. 1/3 C Crushed Ice or 3-4 Cubes of Ice
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into your blender and mix well. Depending on your almond milk and yogurt you use your average protein for this drink is around 19 grams.
